What Losers Passed Cap and Trade?

The Cap and Trade Bill passed the House by a slim margin last night. Seven republicans voted for it! I want to find out the names of these Losers and tell my friends in their respective states to let them know they can pack their bags and start home because they won't be going back for another term.

Do you people who supported this have any idea what you've done? You've pushed America one step closer to the third world. Our country can't handle anymore spending like this. And taxation? are you kidding? Not enough people have jobs to pay taxes anymore. This is a power grab. Obama looks at us and only sees $$$. From the pot-fogged minds of his sixties mentor's he's gotten the bizzare idea that somehow he can keep raping the private sector and it will be okay.

No, it won't.

This climate bill will destroy us. Thanks a lot you thoughtless bastards. You repubs who voted for it will never receive half the kicking around you deserve.

On the other hand, 43 Democrats voted against it! THANK YOU! I need to find out your names and send kudos to your states, because we need people on both sides who are willing to think of their grandchildren's future, not just what is politically expedient now.

This is a bill so bad even Greenpeace couldn't back it.

These are terrifying times we're living in. Our leader is the least capable we've ever elected and before it's all over, we could be facing a level of poverty here America has never seen. Why OBama seems set on destroyng the country that gave him everything remains a mystery.

But to parphrase his wife: For the first time in my adult life, I'm emabarrassed to be an American.

Tax and Spend Cowards

Remember that wacky campaign season where Obama told Joe the Plumber that he wouldn't have to pay a dime more in taxes?

And then that ungrateful plumber didn't seem to believe him?

His taxes are going to go through the roof. How do I know...a 4 trillion dollar budget. Yeah, 4 TRILLION DOLLARS!!!! WHAT!!!!????

If you are not equally panicked by this, then what's wrong with you? You are either ignorant or you work for the government. WAKE UP!

So "the rich" are supposed to carry the weight of this budget, right? All the rich in America, except for the folks in Hollywood, that is. Oh, yeah, this is because Hollywood types and filmmakers are working over seas now because IT'S CHEAPER! WHY? BECAUSE AMERICA IS BEING TAXED OUT THE BEHIND!!! The rich in Hollywood are the super-hypocrites among us. They are so hypocritical, they make Madoff look like an honest man. Those Losers push for high taxes for us, they support tax and spend democrats, but then does the industry stick around and pay those damn taxes they've generated? No.

Cowards. Gutless. It's the reason the only films I watch are the one you can't check out at the public library. I don't shell out money to Hollywood. You might want to consider doing the same. Cut off the money supply.

And for God's sake! Cut off the money to congress! Look, if you're reading this and you grew up under the New Deal and worship FDR...get over it! He didn't save us from anything...his New Deal prolonged our depression. WWII brought us out.

Picture your 'bring home the bacon' congressman as bringing home one more credit card bill to leave on your children's door step. Yeah, so maybe, just maybe, your county can live without "bubble gum removal agents." And if you want them so bad, pay for them in your own damn state, don't ask me to do it!

For the sake of your kids, get on the phone to your congressmen tell them to say no to taxes, tell them government needs to shrink....Look, if government shirnks, your lifestyle increases. Government grows and your life style diminishes.

And don't forget, Obama is a liar..is a liar...is a liar...is a liar...

Oh yeah, no taxes for people making over 250,000. With a 4 trillion dollar budget if you take every single dime from eveyone making over 75,000, you will not cover that much money.
YOU willmake up the difference. Via higher taxes.

Can a Christian Vote Democrat?

I have got to ask this...I know it might make some people uncomfortable, but the question so perplexes me, and because I think the time for acting like we're in some kind of tea party is over. Look, the Republican party is NOT Jesus's party, if you think I'm about to sound like that...no.And I'm not going to Demonize the Democrats. It's a question of movements within the 2 main parties.

I'm going to say the reason so many people hated GW was because he quit acting like a conservative. He got into spending like a drunk sailor and expanding government. People hated that and rightly so. But big government is a mark of the liberal/socialist movement, who by and large, hang out in the Democratic party. Because conservatism's usual home is the republican party, people expect sensible actions from them. But it doesn't always happen...yikes look at California. Arnold may be a Republican, but he is no conservative. He's an idiot.

But, I've got to ask...why would a Christian want to stand with a movement or party that embraces the killing of the unborn, euthanizing the elderly, spending our great-grand-children's future and encourages able-bodied persons' to seek the government as the solution to their answers in life?

I'm not kidding...how does a Christian support that? And I know there are issues on the conservative side that people can question, sure, it's not a perfect world, but I just gotta think that human sacrifice is kinda over the top, y'know? __________________

Just Say No! To Drugs and Other Stimulus Packages..

Guys, make sure you tell your Senators, even again, not to vote for the stimulus bill. Ever hear of the Great Depression of 1920? No, of course not. The reason is, when it hit, the Fed did absolutely nothing. The economy righted itself and we had the boom of the 1920's. In 1929 Fed tampering brought about, and finally pushed us into The Depression. FDR's constant experimenting shoved us down so deep, in many ways, we still haven't recovered.

Can even one person here who likes the plan please tell me anywhere, anyplace in the whole world, where stimulus packages or government spending has produced a robust, thriving economy?

By all means, check, but I'll tell you the answer: no where. All this bill accomplishes is for you to turn more of you freedoms over to the government. Even with your health care, which is in this bill and an aspect some people like, for obvious reasons.

There are ways to fix the health care problem, but it will never be repaired or made better by way of government spending. Further, you don't get anything from the government for 'free.' Like a demonic healer, what they pass out in terms of good is paid for in terms of bad. Like if you apply for medicaid, they can tell you what to do in certain area's of your life in return for that assistance.

Do you want your doctor to go by government standards of treatment? Part of the bill demands doctors give up their autonomy. Tom Dascle, who was one of the architects of the health care part of the bill wrote, "Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them..." And he made several other similar statements. May he treat his own grandma with such tender mercy. Yes, he's saying get out of here and die. Honest, I didn't read that until AFTER I wrote, "we Can Do IT!" Sounds a lot like my story, though. I feel more creeped out than proud, however.

Here's the thing, and it's been historically proven to be true, again and again: once you let government have a door into your life, they will keep pushing until they take over. Wow, not unlike that demonic comparison again!

Look, it's harder to be a free man or woman than it is to be a slave. What's up to you is which of those conditions you want for your kids and grandkids.

Call those guys and let them know. BTW-Calls are running over 100 to one against this garbage. Keep them coming.

And what about the Obama administration? Seriously, do any of them PAY taxes? I think if things continue on their present course, Obama will be discovered on the floor of the Ovak Office, curled in the fetal position, deperately trying to vote "Present."

Here's a quick thought for the day: as a requirement for people to be allowed to vote in this country, to hell with voter registration, have everyone provide proof they actually PAY TAXES. We'll have a much better country for it!

The Second Amendment was not established so that the Founding Father could go duck hunting. It was added in so that in case we ever had to revolt against our government again, we would have the fire power to defend our freedom. YES. That is the purpose.


So, with high taxes, he wants us poor and by curtailing the 2nd Amendment, he wants us disarmed.

Further, we know he doesn't respect the life of the most helpless among us, so really, what on earth makes you think he'll respect YOU?

NRA-ILA has received many recent inquiries regarding the new Obama administration's order to all federal agencies and departments to halt all pending regulations until incoming administration staff can review those regulations. In particular, members are concerned about the order's impact on the new rule governing the concealed carrying of firearms in national parks.

The Legislature convened for its 81st Regular Session last week, and pro-Second Amendment legislation continues to be filed to benefit law-abiding gun owners in Texas. State Representative Carl Isett (R-Lubbock) has introduced House Bill 410, a measure repealing the requirement that Concealed Handgun Licensees display their carry license if they are in possession of a handgun and are stopped by a law enforcement officer who requests identification. Under current law, failure by CHLs to display their carry licenses in these situations could lead to licenses being suspended for 90 days. When HB 1815 by Representative Isett and State Senator Juan "Chuy" Hinojosa (D-McAllen) passed and was signed into law in 2007, it legalized the carrying of handguns in private motor vehicles by non-CHLs, and it contained no similar "notice" requirement. HB 410 would remove the double-standard "notice" requirement that remains imposed by law on CHLs.
